A fantastic wedding! Their was alot of emotions, laughter and tears. Those are the best type of weddings to shoot. Here are a couple of candids from the wedding.

Anu and John's Wedding

I have the honor of photographing many Indian/Hindu weddings throughout the year, they are incredible! Anu and Johns wedding was fabulous in every way. First of all, they are a beautiful couple that truly loves each other very much. Their wedding was spectacular! The ceremony was held at the beautiful Franklin Park Conservatory. We had some downpours during the ceremony but luckily the ceremony was under a tent that kept everyone dry. The reception was held at the beautiful Renaissance Hotel, the decorations and lighting by Variations was stunning. It was great working with Digital Wedding Videos again, they also do many Indian weddings around the country. Flowers by Steven Cox were also magnificent, they do such an incredible job. Everyone kept dancing all night long thanks to the very talented DJ Khan (the very best in Indian/Hindu weddings). Best wishes to Anu and John, many years of happiness!

Kristie and Tyler's Wedding

What a beautiful wedding and a most beautiful bride. Each detail was perfect in every way, from the dress to the flowers to the favors, it was perfect! Flowers on Orchard Lane did an incredible job as usual. Their reception was held at the beautiful Wedgewood Country Club.

Anu and John's Engagement Photos

We all had a blast shooting Anu and John's Engagement photos. It was kinda amazing, we stayed within 1 block of their downtown loft and was able to take so many diverse type of shots. Beautiful couple, I can't wait until their wedding, 9 weeks 4 days!

Photos of Gage at age two...

What a blast we had shooting Gage and his two cousins. He did not stop running around, opening and closing doors, gates or anything else for almost two hours! At the end of the shoot he was all modeled out and kept saying "home" a whole bunch of times. Great family, hope they are enjoying the photos.

Franklin Park Conservatory's Bridal Show

I had the pleasure of being a part of Franklin Parks Bridal show the other night, the show was fantastic! Everyone loved the runway show, it was a big hit thanks to La Jeune Bridal Boutique. The show had some of the best wedding professionals in the midwest. After the show some of went out for some food and drinks and had a blast. Here's a couple of photos from the show.

Just got back into town and had an engagement shoot with Katherine and Peter. We spent most of the time at the beautiful Franklin Park Conservatory. We had a blast during the shoot, I can't wait till their wedding.

Whole Foods Bridal Show!

I had the honor of being a part of the first bridal show at our local Whole Foods. I made some great contacts and had a great time at the show. I have to give props to Angel for doing such a great job at putting the show all together. I'm an avid Whole Foods shopper, so when I first heard about the show I knew I had to be a part of it. We had a great time photographing Jennifer and Mark's wedding. It was one of the most spiritual and up-lifting weddings I've ever done. The wedding was held at the Bryn Du Mansion, as you can tell a truly beautiful and historic venue.

Charleston & Seabrook Island Wedding

What a great time we all had in Charleston, Ruth and Andrews wedding was just amazing! Beautiful weather, a beautiful city and awesome friends, what more can a couple ask for when doing a destination wedding. I want to thank them for letting me be a part of their wedding and wish them many years of happiness.

Sarah and Michael's Wedding

What an incredible wedding! The ceremony was held at the Ohio State House, an awesome place to have your wedding in Columbus. Most of the vendors were friends of mine so I knew they were in great hands on the wedding day. I would especially like to thank True Video and event planning by Devoted to Details for a job well done!

Kiawah Island here I come!

Flying into Charleston S. Carolina tomorrow for a great beach wedding. I think we all prayed the hurricanes away this week, the forecast is just beautiful! I'll be posting some images as I have the time.

Christina and Chuck

I knew this was going to be a great wedding when I first met Christina and Chuck. I spent some time with them in D.C. to do their engagement photos. I knew right away what a great couple they were and couldn't wait for their wedding. They were a giving, caring and loving couple but most importantly they loved to have fun! I wish them many, many years of happiness and continue to have fun with each other.

Melissa and PJ's Wedding

What a blast we had shooting Melissa and PJ's wedding yesterday! Once again we were at one of my favorite local venus, the Franklin Park Conservatory. Rob from Encore Entertainment kicked BUTT with great dance music all night long. Weddings like theirs is why I love doing what I do and would never dream of doing anything else. I have the BEST job in the world!

Amber and Patrick

It was a early 6 a.m. start at the hair salon, but it was well worth it! Some of my fav. prep. shots ever. Another GREAT wedding at Franklin Park Conservatory! I think we had 90 percent chance for rain all day but we were able to work within that 10 percent most of the day. My friend from Rob from Encore Entertainment did a great job keeping the guests entertained with great music throughout the day. The flowers from Janna Coe were fantastic as always. The tropical cake was done by Patty cakes. And the videographers were Chris and Julie from Emmy award winning Blue Skies Video Production. We all had a great day and wish Amber and Patrick a wonderful and fun life together.

Ashley and Michael

What a great wedding we had this weekend. Ashley and Michael and the whole "partying" bridal party were GREAT! We started off at the hotel with the make-up being flawlessly done by the very talented Tim Muarer from MUKHA. Kathryn from Devoted to Details once again did an amazing job at keeping the day moving perfectly. The reception entertainment was done by Conspiracy, they kept the party going all night long!

My new relationship with Saks Fifth Avenue

I wanted to post this announcement one more time for those of you who did not know about my move from my Westerville studio to Saks Fifth Avenue. I have been meeting all of my new couples in the Bridal Salon there at Saks for about a month now, it's has been going great. Sarah and Michael's Engagement photos

In town from Atlanta Sarah and Michael are getting some wedding details wrapped up this weekend. We took the opportunity while they were in town to do some engagement photos for them. They will be having their wedding and reception at the beautiful State House in September. They have some great wedding vendors to make sure everything turns out perfect! Being a awesome looking couple helps and makes my job easier!

Nicole and Matt's Engagement Photos

Just a prelude to some of the great photos we'll be able to take of Nicole and Matt, there a beautiful couple and very photogenic. They will getting married in Cabo next year, can't wait! We had beautiful weather for their engagement pix's. We started of at the Horseshoe, OSU Stadium for all of you non fans, then walked around campus for a while, ended up downtown Columbus in the Short North area.

May 24th. Wedding

Stacey and Neil had both a Hindu and Christian ceremony, both were beautiful. Both ceremony's and reception were held at the beautiful Franklin Park Conservatory. Janna of Janna Coe Designs as always did a great job with the flowers. All of the details of the wedding Day were coordinated by Devoted to Details. With so many details throughout the day, everything was perfect! She was beautiful, and we had a great time!

May 17th. Wedding

What a great time Maria and I had today shooting Cassie and Chris's wedding. With rain in the forecast, it ended up being a picture perfect day! Everything went as planed and we were able to take some incredable photographs. I have to say what great family's they both have, they were so much fun, bridal party was awesome!

Here are some images from yesterday's wedding, these images were taken at the State House. It was a long 14 hour day for the both of us, despite Maria's issues with bad crab cakes from the night before and working on about 3 hours of sleep! And you ask what they served us for dinner at the Great Southern, what else crab cakes! Overall we had a great time and the couple was fantastic and most important we took some awesome photos.

Alicia Keys/Akon concert

Had a blast last night with our good friends Rebecca and Jim. Surprised the girls with a limo for the evening. Dinner, concert, dancing and then Steak and Shake around 2 in the morning, what a night! These are all photos from my i-Phone, not bad.

D.C. day two!

Another great day shooting Christina and Chuck. Although it rained most of the day we got some great photos. I had to throw in the photo of this lady running after a mobil McDonalds.

Having an great time here in D.C. it's a really cool town. Christina and Chuck are awesome, they have been so much fun to shoot. I cant wait for their wedding. Today were going to try and hit the Jefferson Memorial and do some shots with the Cherry Blossoms that are in bloom right now. If it's not too late when we get in, I'll try to get some more shots up tonight.

Engagement in D.C.

No wedding this weekend, but I do have an engagement shoot with Christina and Chuck in Washington D.C. Their a fun and great looking couple so I'm looking forward to getting some great shots. I'll try to get some images up Sunday night, so check back soon!

It's all about relationships!

I had the honor of photographing Alameda's 80th. birthday bash last night. She's the very fun, energetic and wonderful grandmother of Lindsay and Lauren. I also had the honor of photographing both of their weddings as well. They have a fantastic family, over the past couple of years I've become close to all of them. Never forget that when your done with a wedding that it's not the end of the relationship, it could be just the beginning. Remember it's all about building relationships in your life!

Inspiration, where does yours come from?

I was going thru my hard-drive today and found this photo of me and Joe Buissink. I believe to be one of the best wedding photographers in the world! He has photographed weddings for Lopez, Simpson, Swank, Lachey, Grammer, Lowe, Frasier and many other Hollywood celebs. I went to his seminar last year with another photographer friend of mine Michael Barber. We had an awesome time, lunch with Joe was the best! I found out I wasn't the only one to dip my fries in mayo. Just wanted to pay tribute to one of the people who inspires me personally and in my business. One day I might just have a opportunity to shoot with him.....

Birthday FUN!

Jan and I went out with our neighbors and friends Jim and Rebecca. We had a blast! We first went out for dinner at G. Michael's Bistro. After that we headed over to the Grandview Cafe to watch one of my favorite bands Conspiracy. As you can tell we had a great time. I'm not sure who the guy is with the beer! Jan & Rebecca looks like they were taking a time out from all the fun.
